Refund Policy – Epic Yatra
1. Terms of Payment
To confirm any tour package, 10% non-refundable deposit is required immediately to secure all services.
50% of the tour cost must be paid 15 days prior to the arrival date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled trip.
All payments should be communicated via email with attached transaction confirmation.
Payment terms may vary according to hotel policies or peak season conditions.
No credit facility is provided.
2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent via email to epicyatra@gmail.com
45+ days before arrival: No cancellation charges.
45–30 days before arrival: 25% of the tour cost will apply.
30–15 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost will apply.
15–10 days before arrival: 75% of the tour cost will apply.
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the tour cost will apply.
Epic Yatra reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, road closures, operational issues, strikes, or government restrictions).
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved based on the cancellation terms, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Standard refund processing time applies (subject to bank and payment gateway timelines).
Refunds related to hotels, transport, third-party vendors will follow their respective policies.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Check your bank or payment account for updates.
Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
Contact your bank, since internal processing may cause delays.
